再生医学（Regenerative Medicine）是组织工程和分子生物学转化研究的一个分支，涉及“人体细胞、组织或器官的替代、重建或再生从而恢复或建立正常功能的过程”。通过刺激人体自身的修复机制来功能性地治愈之前不可修复的组织或器官，从而为工程损伤组织和器官带来希望。
