After the registration, you will have a basic account which can be upgraded to a full-featured VIP account through verification and activation. You can search the products, type in the quantity and add the button “Add to Cart”. If your account is not upgraded, you can also order online. After submit the order, you can activate your account by verifying information and activating the account.

Before making the payment, please go to the shopping cart page, click the button “Confirm Delivery Address”, check the shipping and billing information, choose the correct ones and click “Order” button.
Note:
Please fill in your consignee correct name, phone number, etc.
If the invoice is needed, please fill in your correct company name, tax ID, etc.
Delivery methods include express delivery, sales delivery, etc.

Regarding the payment methods, you can choose Cash on Delivery, Alipay and Wechat Pay. Besides those products need advance payment, others need to be paid within 2 months after the delivery.

After you submit the order, the tracking number will be automatically generated, which you can use it for later track.

What are the differences between a basic account and full-featured account?
Basic Account: You can favorite products, download product manuals, check the price list, etc.
Full-featured Account: Besides all the functions for basic account, you can also enjoy exclusive VIP prices, promotions, historical orders view, online individual design as well as check and manage all orders or customized services.
The big difference between basic account and full-featured account is that full-featured account allows clients to enjoy all online ordering functions, VIP prices while there is no discount for basic account.

What should I do if I forget or cannot find the promotion code?
You can view the promotions from the home page, click the related ad and search for the promotion code.
Tip: When you find the promotion for the product you wish to buy, suggest to save the promotion code.
How should I fill in some special requirements when I am placing an order?
If you have any special requirements, please complete in the Note on the confirmation page. Information will be verified by our customer service staff, which may affect the processing efficiency.
How do I edit the shipping address and invoice address?
When you are placing your orders, choose “Send to Another Address” on the payment page if you have multiple addresses. Fill in the necessary information and save. Please ensure you choose and check your shipping address before formal ordering.
What should I do if I cannot place an order online?
Some products cannot be ordered online. Please contact our customer service staff or use online consultation and we will provide solutions ASAP.
How should I check the current order status and historical orders?
You can directly view all order status and historical orders from “My Account”. Except the detailed information for each order, you can also view some individualized products or services including custom Oligo, design service, research service, etc.
How do I know if my online order is placed successfully?
If there is no any lock or return after 10 minutes submission, it means your order is placed successfully.
If they are related to some inquires, such as products need design or customize, it may need 1hour to 2 working days. You can resubmit the order after receiving the confirmed price.
How do I check the shipping time?
Generally, orders that are placed on the day will be processed before 4:30pm and products will be dispatched on the next day. If you need to check the shipping time, please email to marketing@ribobio.com or call 400-686-0075 and our customer service staff will check it for you.

After log-in, move your mouse to the “Account” on the top right corner of the website, click “Personal Information”, then “Change Password” or “Change the Security Questions”, type in the original password and then new password to complete the changing.

How do I manage my shopping cart? Such as rename shopping cart, create multiple carts, choose or merge carts?
One account allows you to create multiple shopping carts and customize names. If you need manage the shopping cart, please move your mouse to the top right corner “Account” on the website, and click “Saved Carts”. If you need create, then click “Create New Cart” on this page. If you need rename cart name, edit the one you want to rename by clicking “Rename Cart”. If you need switch cart, choose the one you want to use on this page. If you want to merge carts, please check the ones you want and click “Merge”.
How do I forward the products in the shopping cart?
Click the “Send Email” to share the information with your colleagues.
How do I transfer the management of shopping cart? How do I check the transferred shopping carts?
After entering into shopping cart page, click “Transfer Management of Shopping Cart” on the right, fill in the email address and click “Send”.
After the “Transfer Management of Shopping Cart” is completed, does the transferred shopping cart in the original account still exist? How do they know?
After the “Transfer Management of Shopping Cart” is completed, products in the shopping cart of the original account will be automatically deleted. The product information will be generated in the transferred account and there will be a notification email.
How to delete the discounted products in the shopping cart?
Please firstly remove the promotion code and then delete the products.
How to fill in “Department/Lab” during registration?
For research institutions and hospitals, please fill in your subunit+research group, such as Research Group&Professor xxx&Oncology Lab, which this information will decide the billing address. For other users (enterprises or franchisers), please fill in your department or subunit and our customer service staff will contact you for verification.

Confirm the products in the shopping cart, and click “Confirm Shipping Address”. Once you ensure the shipping and billing addresses are correct, click “Order”.
