High Transfection Efficiency, Low Cytotoxicity, For Better Gene Silencing Effect
Transfection efficiency is very crucial to gene silencing effect. riboFECT™ CP transfection reagent is biocompatible that will remarkably improve the siRNA, miRNA transfection efficiency, ensure the RNAi experiments go smoothly and lower the dosage concentration for various nucleic acid molecules. Easy Operation, Reverse Transfection, Suitable for High-throughput Screening Research
Simply mix siRNA or miRNA with buffer, add riboFECT™ CP to form into complex and incubate for 0-10 minutes at room temperature. Add a certain volume of culture solution, and then add into complete cell culture medium without changing medium.
For reverse transfection, firstly mix siRNA or miRNA with riboFECT™ CP, add into culture wells to form into transfection complex, and add cells into culture wells for reverse transfection to realize high-throughput screening for cells. Among those, transfection complex can be preserved for a longer time, that is to say you can prepare and store it in advance, which is quite suitable for automatic high-throughput screening systems.
