To cope with the time-consuming procedures of apoptosis detection, RiboBio has introduced the riboAPO, a one-step TUNEL apoptosis detection kit. using TUNEL method, which is exposed to TdT enzyme catalysis and exposure of apoptotic cell break genomic DNA fragments. The 3 ́-OH end of the catalyzed incorporation of fluorescein-dUTP allows for the detection of apoptosis in a single step without the need for additional fluorescent dyes and overnight manipulation, especially for the detection of advanced apoptosis or DNA fragmentation. The experiment can be completed in 1-3 hours.
