Purification Specification
1. Standard Purification
Use Standard purification to guarantee of 80% product purity, which is suitable for preparing short-stranded RNA including RNA linker, short-stranded RNA probe, siRNA, miRNA mimic, miRNA inhibitor, miRNA agomir, miRNA antagomir. When the RNA length is over 30mer, please use PAGE purification.
2. PAGE Purification
Use PAGE purification to guarantee of 90% product purity, which is suitable for preparing various long-stranded RNAs synthesis including ASO, long-stranded RNA probe, miRNA precursor. Surely, it can also be used for short-stranded RNA.
3. HPLC Purification
Use HPLC purification to guarantee over 95% product purity. With extremely high purity, it can only be suitable for short-stranded RNA purification.
