riboSCRIPT qRT-PCR Starter Kit – mRNA/lncRNA/circRNA
RiboBio offers the riboSCRIPT qRT-PCR Starter Kit products, covering mRNA, lncRNA and circRNA detection and analysis applications. Unlike mRNA, lncRNA expression level is relatively low, thus requiring systemized optimization of multiple elements for detection. riboSCRIPT mRNA/lncRNA qRT-PCR Starter Kit is a SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence-based qRT-PCR kit, it contains RT enzyme, Taq enzyme, buffer, SYBR Green I fluorescent dye, RT primers and internal reference qPCR primers with optimized concentrations, and is able to rapidly, efficiently and accurately detect mRNA or lncRNA expression with qPCR primers of the recommended concentration. The kit can also be used for circRNA expression and differential detection analysis.

lncRNA/mRNA/circRNA qRT-PCR Primer
RiboBio provides lncRNA, mRNA and circRNA qRT-PCR Primer specifically for lncRNA/mRNA/circRNA qPCR detection. With a conventional qPCR detection platform, it can quickly and accurately obtain different RNA expression levels, identify the differences in RNA expression between different samples, and validate RNA-seq results to select RNAs that may be highly correlated with a certain disease or function. The qPCR primers designed by RiboBio for RNA sequence are suitable for lncRNA qRT-PCR detection based on SYBR Green chimeric immunofluorescence. Among them, backward primer design is adopted for circRNA qRT-PCR Primer, and the amplified product crosses the back splice site.
