SYBR Green fluorescence quantitative detection was performed with Bio-Rad CFX96.
Services
a) Relative quantification: U6 snRNA or 5S rRNA are used as internal references to detect the amount of related miRNA expression in the sample;
b) Absolute quantification: The chemically synthesized miRNA mature strand is used as a standard, a standard curve is then prepared after 5 levels of gradient dilution, and the miRNA to be measured is absolutely quantified by a standard curve.
