RiboBio provides high-quality Plasmid DNA Miniprep Kit (Spin Column) that is used to lyse cells, and extract plasmid for downstream experiments.
This kit adopts alkaline lysis to lyse cells and extract plasmid. Based on the spin column, it can specifically combine with DNA in solution under high sodium state and elute DNA under low sodium state, which realizes the rapid purification for plasmid DNA. Plasmid DNA extracted by using this kit is applicable to various downstream experiments including enzyme cleavage, PCR, sequencing, junction, transformation, library screening, in vitro transcription, transfection for partial cells.
