Exosomes Extraction Reagent
The key to exosome function research is the extraction of high-quality exosomes. With ultracentrifugation or density gradient centrifugation, the traditional extraction methods are time-consuming and labor-intensive, while the extraction effect/output is not satisfactory. Ribo™ Exosome Isolation Reagent, a new exosomes extraction kit developed by RiboBio, is specially designed to extract exosomes from cell supernatant, serum, plasma or other body fluids. By mixing and regular centrifugation, a large number of structurally complete exosomes can be obtained to provide a more convenient, efficient, and highly-purified extraction while ensuring the structural and functional integrity of the exosomes. The extracted exosomes can also be used in subsequent experiments such as NGS, cell co-culture, and in vivo injection.

Technical Support
The supernatant of HeLa cells was extracted by Ribo™Exosome Isolation Reagent, and the CD63 and CD81 antibodies carrying fluorophore were used to immunoreact respectively with the pre-extracted samples and the extracted products, with the fluorescence intensity being measured by flow cytometry. The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of the two marker antibodies was within the background threshold before extraction and increased significantly after extraction, showing a positive result, indicating that exosomes were enriched.
