温馨提示:FISH实验您需要订购3类产品:FISH Probe Mix(需设计定制或选择预制的)、FISH探针试剂盒(通用的或杂交预混液)和FISH内参对照(18S或U6)。选择FISH探针及其内参对照时,请务必按物种选择内参对照,产品名称中的前缀h、m、r分别代表了human、mouse、rat,我们提供18S和U6这两种内参对照,其中18S分布在细胞质中,U6分布在细胞核中,请注意区分和选择。所有探针均为Cy3标记,无其它荧光或荧光基团选择,所有探针序列均为锐博生物的保密技术信息,不提供探针序列。

技术支持
采用激光共聚焦显微镜观察两个lncRNA FISH 实验结果,18S 与U6为内参。红色:Cy3 标签,显示 lncRNA FISH Probe 标记的lncRNA及内参;蓝色:Hoechst 染色,显示细胞核。图中清晰显示,18S 几乎均位于细胞质,而 U6 几乎均位于细胞核。lncRNA-1 主要分布在细胞质,而lncRNA-2 分布于细胞质和细胞核中。
用lncRNA FISH Probe Mix探针特异性检测到lncRNA MIR31HG在hASCs中的定位,对比了受TNF-α与IL-17刺激的前后变化,图中还清晰显示了用h-U6 FISH Probe Mix检测到的U6都位于细胞核,而用h-18S FISH Probe Mix检测到的18S则都分布在细胞质。
