micrOFF™ miRNA antagomir是经过特殊化学修饰的miRNA拮抗剂,通过与体内的成熟miRNA强竞争性结合,阻止miRNA 与其靶基因mRNA的互补配对,抑制miRNA发挥作用。miRNA antagomir均为miRNA 成熟链的反向互补序列,全链进行甲基化修饰,在5’端和3’端分别有2个和4个碱基硫代修饰,并在3’端连接有高亲和性胆固醇修饰。与普通抑制剂相比,micrOFF™ miRNA antagomir在动物实验和细胞实验中具有更高的稳定性和抑制效果,更易通过细胞膜、组织间隙而富集于靶细胞,在动物实验中可使用生理盐水等溶解后直接注射以进行系统性给药或局部给药。锐博生物提供最新miRBase 数据库中人、小鼠、大鼠的所有miRNA antagomir,并不断补充更新,其它物种的miRNA antagomir及miRBase未收录的成熟体miRNA antagomir需定制,最小订购量为10 nmol。

技术支持
