Ribo™ RNAmax-T7生物素标记转录试剂盒
采用Biotin RNA Labeling Mix为底物，利用含有T7启动子的DNA模板，从T7启动子下游开始合成与DNA模板中反义链互补的RNA，简单快速稳定地获得大量的带有Biotin标记的RNA分子。合成的带标记的RNA可用于pull down、Northern Blots、原位杂交、RNA酶保护实验等功能实验研究。
